Fox Is Happy
Fox Is Happy is a small, independent site for everyday useful things: calculators, typing practice, prompt packs, public API references and learning roadmaps.
Fox Is Happy started from a simple frustration: the tools people need for small, ordinary tasks are usually buried under advertising, sign-up walls and three paragraphs of introduction. A calculator should open and work. A typing test should start when you start typing. A reference page should tell you the limitation before you build something on it.
So everything here is built the same way. The useful part sits at the top of the page. The explanation sits underneath for the people who want it. Nothing asks you to create an account, and the tools run entirely in your browser.
More categories - apps, scholarships, parenting, lifestyle and city guides - are being written now. Each has a page explaining what is planned rather than an empty placeholder.
Articles are written to be read by a person who came here with a question. That means no keyword stuffing, no padding to reach a word count, and no claiming certainty where there is none. Where something depends on a provider's terms, or on a figure that changes, the page says so and points at the source.
Where we get something wrong, we would rather hear about it. The contact page has the details.
The name came before the logo. Fox Is Happy is meant to feel like a small, clever animal that finds useful things - hence the fox, and hence the tagline: Learn. Build. Live Better. Fox photography across the site comes from Unsplash, whose photographers make their work available under a permissive license.
